How to Add Your Card Step-by-Step
1. Open the App
Locate the Samsung Wallet app (it has a blue icon with a white card symbol). You can also find it by swiping up from the bottom of your home screen if you have the "Quick Access" shortcut enabled.
2. Start the Addition
● Visual: Look for the "+" (Plus icon) at the top right of the screen or tap the Menu tab at the bottom right.
● Select Payment cards.
● Tap Add (or Add cards).
3. Scan or Enter Details
● Scanning: Your camera will activate. Align your physical card within the glowing frame on the screen. It will automatically read your card number and expiry date.
● Manual: If the camera has trouble (common with some unique card designs), tap Enter card manually at the bottom.
● Details needed: You will need to type in your CVV (the 3-digit code on the back) and your Name as it appears on the card.
4. Verification
● Terms: Tap Agree to all after reviewing the bank's terms.
● Security Check: Your bank will ask you to verify your identity. Usually, you can choose between:
● SMS: They text you a code.
● Email: They email you a code.
● Bank App: It redirects you to your banking app to "Approve."
5. Finalize
Once the code is entered, the card is activated! You may be asked to provide a digital signature by drawing with your finger in a box on the screen.

● Security: Ensure you have your fingerprint or a secure PIN set up, as Samsung Wallet requires this for every payment.
● Default App: If you previously used Google Pay, the app will ask if you want to make Samsung Wallet your "Default" payment method. Tap Replace to make it your primary way to pay.
