i'm following up on one of my orders from past 1 week till now there is no resolution provided and for same issue i've reached out to CEO desk as well but still there is no resolution provided. so please think before purchase any devices from Samsung as their service is worst.

I agree. i'm still waiting since the 28th of July for a fridge and washing machine. Till this day nothing has been done. Worst customer support.. SCAMMERS. Do not order from here. No respose after so many escalations.  2-12 business days. more like I'll never receive it.
