Things are pretty unclear that with whom it is pending.
Do one thing brother, ask the samsung executive to give you the number if they have generated the reverse pickup request and if they provide then share with Delhivery on twitter and ask them about status.
If possible also share the details with me in direct message.
In past I also had one instance not this type but Delhivery was the delivery partner and that time delhivery was the culprit.
So lets first check, out of samsung and delhivery who is genuine in your case and then we will proceed from there.
