order cancelled

I got redeem voucher of Rs10000 with Galaxy note 20 ultra. I purchased Galaxy A31 with that Redeem voucher and paid 10999 Rs from my pocket ( Total 20999) and my order was approved and was supposed to be delivered on 22 September 2020. But today I got a message from Samsung that my order has been cancelled. What to do? Please Suggest.

I contacted them and they told me that they have raised complaint. What will happen to redeem voucher of Rs10000
