Iam recently using jio4g sim in mobile.. and last month i used airtel 4g this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network and also using best 4g plans and sim also.. speed in the same network in other brand mobile is very good ..i tested my sim with other mobile and internet is very fast in my sim.The problem is not only in mobile data speed,but also in WiFi internet speed..while othe mobile the wifi is getting with full speed.. But my mobile (m31) is not Accessing that much internet speed.. Even I'd reset my phone phone twice...but no use of it.mobile software also updated three time please help and resolve this matter

Samsung network allaways little bit slower than other devices in order to minimize radiation ... and afterall network issue also can happened if software loop hole comes over software if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi.. samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence it's actually and recommended proc3ss to install software in samsung devices especially via smart switch and pc or from odin or through authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose otherwise simply software update via mobile data or wifi creates anything mysterious with device as shown in note 8 users before
