Why is Samsung student id so tangled

1. I am not able to receive any OTP in my Samsung student id. 

I have purchased galaxy buds plus previously from the same website and now i can even log in

Pls look into this issue 

2. And also when i login with my phone no. In Samsung student id it shows me this

What is outhfrapp. 

3. I can't enter my pincode or any other pincode in exchange offer in Samsung student id when I log in with my phone number
