Unacceptable Delivery delay

I ordere Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 on 14 Sep 2021.
Promised delivery date was 23rd Sep at the time of order.
One day after placing the order, I received an email stating that there will be slight delay in shipping and date was pushed to 10th October.
Meanwhile watches ordered from eCom websites have reached my friends. I being an existing customer is facing such non semse delays. I have multiple products fro. Samsung, still Samsung is treating it's existing customer base like a second grade consumer.

Please ship my watch within next new days.

Dont trust Samsung shop handled by Savex. Either buy through ecom or directly through the Samsung showroom in your city. Thats much faster. Online Samsung shop is really hopeless. Data doesn't get updated, wrong statuses and dates shown, support is useless. Its just a compmete mess.

Thanks for the inputs! My past experience with Samsung shop was good. This time they just disappointed me totally. Still waiting till 10th Oct as mentioned in mail informing about new shipping date. It's out of stock on ecoms aswell so no point cancelling now.

True, I had good experience too but had worst ever experience this time with watch 4. Seems like they just can't handle the watch 4 sales. Finally went to samsung showroom and inquired about watch, it wasnt in stock but they promptly called me once they had and I bought it from there. Smooth process.

Yes I did. No one really cares. I am not able to get a single useful answer from you guys. I have a flight on 15th october and moving permanently. I will cancel the order if it doesn't ship before that.
