Please note that I had generated ecode to buy mobile but got to know later that my area is not serviceable by Samsung. Obviously in pandemic my voucher could not be redeemed within 3 days and expired. I am unable to buy offline as employee can't generate voucher for same product. Please look into the matter asap as this is really frustrating. When all are trying to think differently in pandemic situation Samsung should review their product voucher terms and conditions accordingly. Pls extend the validity of vouchers for a month considering containment areas in Delhi.
