Unable to exchange S10 lite on Samsung shop

Hi ,

I am not able to exchange my S10 lite on Samsung portal.. it's simply saying product not found when I am trying to enter IMEI number..

Hi,
Same issue with s20 FE series. They have taken away lower end( older spec phones) and Fan edition one from exchange. Even apple has followed the same list of samsung.

Means samsung want us to throw in the dustbin 🙂 In this case Xiaomi is better they do have better exchange value..
