After giving enough time to Samsung Shop Support team to solve issue , I am not writing this here so that any responsible Samsung Employee who monitors these forums can take action and solve issue.
End of August, I was looking to buy either A71 or Note 10 Lite from Samsung Shop app or website as offers were better compared to other online sites. On 29th August , I decided to buy Note 10 Lite. But to my surprise, I found that Samsung didn't want me to buy it. I kept on getting error message at final payment stage as "You have already purchased max allowed quantity for this product".
This is totally ridiculous as I have never purchased Note 10 Lite before. I used Samsung Shop Live chat option to report issue and suggested me to use incognito mode, clear cache of browser etc.
All these suggestions didn't work. I also called Samsung helpline 3 times and after long hold of almost 30 mins, one person noted issue and promised that they will check and call me back.
Since I needed phone urgently, I asked my cousin to order it via his login and it worked.
Next day on 30th Aug, I got call from person claiming to be from Samsung Sales and he again listened to whole issue. He told me to email all details to outbound.kochar@samsung.com which I did immediately.
Now also if I try to buy any mobile from Samsung shop app or website , I still get same error.
It seems Samsung has blocked my account from buying. I don't understand why this was done.
Last week also I highlighted this issue via Live chat and agent told me that I will be getting callback. No callback has been done yet.
It seems pathetic customer service by Samsung which is clearly stopping people to buy their products. Is this how they are going to compete ?
As I wrote earlier , I hope some sensible Samsung employee reads this and takes action to resolve issue and unblock my samsung account immediately.
Earlier there was issue with Samsung Shop app which I was not able to login and now this.
My order history is not showing any orders as I haven't ordered any yet.
Guys, please share your experiences, opinions about Samsung shop and their support.

I am not sure we can use another phone number to claim any offer because we have to use same phone number which we have registered right after unboxing the phone box. I mean the 1st number which we used to register

You can use different mobile number in address NOT in login account
