Trade in phone USA

Hello all,

I have a Samsung galaxy s10 and I'm looking to buy the S21 ultra. 

I saw the offer of trade in for 550$ I wanted to know if anyone used this offer to buy a new phone. How are the reviews and does it work smoothly? 

My main question is how long do you have to send the phone to Samsung store? 

Does it work if you have an unlocked phone from T-mobile ? 

Looking for any help possible.

First of all you should ask Will they accept Indian S10 for trade in?
(I don't know the answer).

Now second question will it work or not (Smoothly comes later xd )?
Yes that will work but there is a process of activation, The phone have to be activated in the country it was sold only then it will work anywhere in the world (Of course it have to be unlocked one to work in another country with another SIM).

One more thing to consider is the Bands or Frequency of the Carrier in USA and also the supported Bands and see if those bands work with Indian carriers or not.

the phone is from USA only so that shouldn't be an issue.

(One personal suggestion, As far as I know T-Mobile won't be a good choice, cus they are really hard to flash) , So I will suggest you to gofor any other carrier or Factory Unlocked will be the best option)
