Showing invalid OTP on eligibility offer

I am entering the imei number of my new s21 in the samsung shop for the promotional offers. I am getting the OTP after entering the imei but it is showing the invalid OTP again and again..

For customer before 25th March. Its live.

That's weird why are they rolling it in divisions. Any idea about the customers between 25th to 31st march? Like when the offer will be live?

They said today 6:30 pm it wll be live for all upto 31st march but i dnt think they wll be on thier words.

That is just a technical snag . Try clearing the cache and data of the samsung shop and then try again. Hope this solves your issue.
