Showing invalid OTP on eligibility offer

I am entering the imei number of my new s21 in the samsung shop for the promotional offers. I am getting the OTP after entering the imei but it is showing the invalid OTP again and again..

We can avail the active watch 2 offer till this month's (April'21) end right? Did anyone have a word with samsung support regarding it ? Any solution or estimated time for the fix?

Same, I just bought the s21 and cannot avail the watch active 2 offer due to this issue. Please provide a solution for it  @SAMSUNGINDIA . Very disappointed because of the trouble being caused.

Yeah. Till yesterday it was working fine and showing some Microsoft offer. Now it just says invalid otp.
