if your mobile has fast charging feature then turn on the fast charging option in the settings. ( it may heat your mobile during charge. don't think about it). if the problem not solved report to Samsung report centre

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Charge the device in switch-off mode.

>Charge the device with the other original charger.

>Enable fast charging (Scroll down notification panel>Setting >Device maintenance>Battery>3 dots (upper right corner) >Advanced setting>Fast cable charging>Enable).

>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB/Charger).
