I have purchased on Galaxy buds 2 pro with wireless charger pad (with offer price ) in August 2022.
Buds is got it but wireless pad still didn't get.

Go in Samsung Shop and follow the steps which I've highlighted. Hope that you'll resolve you're issue
These doesnot work.They will keep excusing everyday you will call them by saying that kindly wait 2-3days untill you strictly says them using their own T&C.
Cancelling order also comes back to same circle of wait 2-3 days for refund.And that 2-3 days never ends.

You need to contact samsung customer support through whatsapp .Then you will get it
In whatsapp they will direct you to voice call to their toll free number 1800407267864.So better call these number directly without wasting your time.But even after calling their customer care you will get date pe date every 2-3 days.And that 2-3 days never ends
