Yes app is having problem these days .
Try clearing the app cache, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app few steps that may help you .
Else wait for an update .

app not working properly now all facing issues wait for update or go to samung browser type shop Samsung go to Samsung website login there
