I reviewed on 6th Nov. and got reply on 4th Dec. to send the documents.

I reviewed my samsung s20 in the month of august 2020, got the email from samsung in october to send the documents, an i am yet to receive a word from them regarding dispatch of the product. After sending emails repeatedly, just got one reply your documents have beeb verified and we will dispatch the product shortly. That was more than a month back.

Ya....in my case also it was like that only...i was not knowing what the product was, until it got delivered. But it was from the Samsung shop only...I searched it online...the tracking details..etc.

Just wait for it...until the delivery.
