I have pre-booked the note 20 ultra and there has been no update on shipping of the order , delivery date updated in app is 28th August . I have been reaching out to call center and raised tickets and wrote emails . But I have not received  a single update yet . I have no clue what's going on .

Most of them who have ordered Note 20 are facing this issue, better to hope you receive it at earliest.

I got a sms today saying ur "note 20" is shipped , will be delivered in 7-10 working days .

By the way I ordered for note 20 ultra, not sure if its right phone or not now . there is no tracking information available ...if its the wrong phone then need to wait for zillion more daye for replacement.
