Was it a refund or replacement coz they offer both if it is a refund then it should have been initiated on the day product was collected from you and credited within 5-7 working days and if it is a replacement then they will send you a new device when the product get received by them.

If refund is still no done then write a mail to samsung shop support: support.estore@email.support.samsung.com
