Hi team,

I had a cancelled order before 20days but till now my amount is not refunded.

Standard days as per your policy is 5 to 7 working days in case of Debit/ credit cards.

Very much disappointed with your service.

exactly. no proper response from customer service also.
they just say we have escalated and if we ask for a ticket no they will put us on hold and then cut the call after 5min
