I  had purchased frame tv from samsung.com and from last 5 days it is showing as packaged. It has not been even shipped. Delivery date was 5th Feb 2020 however custome care also have no idea about the same. I have paid 85000 rs for the same and not received the tv yet. Bery bad service by samsung, really disapponted. Even I have ordered Samsung galaxy Note 10 lite on 24th Jan and it got packed on 1st Feb but still not shipped. I have paid in full
