Hi all,
I have pre-ordered samsung galaxy note 20 ultra on 9th August. Afterwards, on 24th August i got a whatsapp message from samsung shop that my order is packaged. Today is the expected date for my delivery and i still didn't got any call for the same, i am trying to track the order but it is saying that PACKAGED. No further details on that. No i am concerned that where is my product is n how many more days it will take. Can anyone please help me into this? Is there any other way to check where my order is reached. I have also tried calling the customer service and they are saying that they are having problems with the website so nothing is showing there, have patience u will get response soon. I am not getting any responce yet and m very disappointed.

You can check on Samsung customer care number but they will give as usual answer. "Have patience you will get your device as soon as possible"

Tried getting info from them multiple times. They were not ready to reveal anything.
Got fed up, cancelled my order and placed it on Amazon, expected delivery date 1st Sep.

Samsung shop is still living in early 2000s when we were just discovering online shopping, when customer service and order tracking were non existent. Pathetic service!
