Note 20 Ultra order delayed from more than 3 weeks with no updates on order

I order the Samsung note 20 ultra on the 16th of Sept2020 and was told it will be delivered on the 24th of Sept.2020. I have called the customer service dozens of times and the only answer I got was  "we will forward the matter to the concerned department". On the  3rd of October, the "concerned department" finally called me saying they will have an update of my delivery in 4 working days, which also turned out to be a lie. Samsung has no order cancel option nor refund option, so i am stuck with calling the customer care every day for the past days with no help.  I regret to have every opened the Samsung shop app.

The only mistake I did was ordering from Samsung and not from amazon.
