Not getting pre book offers on S21 ultra

 I have pre booked S21 ultra mobile phone from tatacliq on 21 January and Phone delivered On 4th Feb I activated the phone on 4th Feb and after 72 hours over activation of mobile I am not able to get any prebook offers on Samsung shop app 

As I have registered the phone with the same number that I used for pre booking

 I'm sharing the screenshots of Samsung shop app That saying that I am not eligible for pre offers though I have purchased the phone recently with full payment online on Tata cliq 

I also want to state that I am using Samsung galaxy device from S3 time that is since 2012 and now upgraded to s21 ultra from s10 plus.

But now I am very upset with the inconvenience caused to me .. though I followed the all the steps required for prebook and registration 

Please resolve issue as soon as possible

1.write an email attaching all the docs to samsung care - written communication
2.contact samsung care - verbal or direct communication
3. contact their samsung care via SAMSUNG INDIA or SAMSUNG TWITTER accounts.
if I were u, I shall have done all the above by now.

if the OFFERS were shown while you have made the PRE ORDER in their site, then certainly TATACLIQ guys shall definitely help u, for it is also a premium device.

offers are from samsung not from tata cliq.
it is samsung responsibility to fulfill offers given by them

I guess you have tried all things you could have, now only you can follow up - with Tatacliq and Samsung helpline.

But may I know why you decided to pre order from Tatacliq?

because it is out of stock every where..
and before pre booking I got confirmation from samsung about the pre book offers if I book from tata cliq
and also in samsung's pre books offers is mentioned that you can pre from tata cliq also
