Samsung Online Store
I had ordered Galaxy M21 on 7th Nov but even after 10 days shipment had not started. After enquiring with the Customer Support Team, they said we will deliver within 7 to 8 days. But 17th Evening I had received a main stating that I had cancelled the order. I dont know what the Samsung Team is doing, even after 2 to 3 calls and Mail sent there was no response. Only doubt am having is that, "If you want to cancel my order which was PrePaid that too after 10 days, First of all why you approved my order. And If you cant deliver an order then Why are you providing Online Store service ???".
