No cancel order button in Samsung online shop

Hi All 

Two days ago i pre ordered s23 ultra from Samsung online shop under exchange for my s21 ultra. I have changed my mind and wanna cancel the order but their is no cancel order button.How to do so.

You'll have to contact their customer care. They don’t provide a Cancel button for preorders.

That is why i never Purchase or Pre order Expensive Products Online.

You can Pre Order and Pre Reserve with Offline Authorized Samsung Smart Cafe without Paying Full Amount.

You should have received an order confirmation email, in that email is a link to My Account, from there it has your order and you can cancel it there. I know cos I've contemplated doing it myself because of the wait
