Refund initiate was to be be done within 5 days.
Now its more than 10 days, but the support team only says there are delays, no other answer.
If this is the way samsung plans to deal, then I don''t think I''ll buy any samsung products again, and advise my family to not buy the products
The transaction is not even initiated, after its initiated, it'll take more time for refund to reflect as well, I needed a mobile for my needs, now if I buy another mobile, I'm stuck with interest on credit cards, due to lack of funds
