I want HELP Samsung shop refund query

I have purchased f62 through samsug shop from bajaj EMI card money debited but after a minute I cancel my order 

I got email from Samsung about cancellation

After 10 days no refund to EMI card n xt EMI on 4th April 

I talk to Samsung customer care they replied me in email due to payment failure order cancelled automatically

But fact is after successful order I have cancelled order by own 

I got all details about transaction from bajaj EMI card in SMS through

Can u guys please suggest me higher authority to contact Samsung 

Without having phone my next EMI due on 4th April ☹️☹️

Have you tried contacting Bajaj regarding this?

And do you have the Confirmation massage from Samsung stating that your order have been placed successfully?

Money debited from Samsung transaction reference I'd also generated

You have to tell them that you canceled the order and still you are being charged.

In case you have order confirmation email than contact Samsung on Support.india@samsung.com

But I will request you to first contact Bajaj and see what they say.
