I want HELP Samsung shop refund query

I have purchased f62 through samsug shop from bajaj EMI card money debited but after a minute I cancel my order 
I got email from Samsung about cancellation
After 10 days no refund to EMI card n xt EMI on 4th April 
I talk to Samsung customer care they replied me in email due to payment failure order cancelled automatically
But fact is after successful order I have cancelled order by own 
I got all details about transaction from bajaj EMI card in SMS through

Can u guys please suggest me higher authority to contact Samsung 

Without having phone my next EMI due on 4th April ☹️☹️

You have to tell them that you canceled the order and still you are being charged.

In case you have order confirmation email than contact Samsung on Support.india@samsung.com

But I will request you to first contact Bajaj and see what they say.
