I have ordered samsung watch  with a employee ID that came up with a offer of free samsung galaxy buds live . 
I have received the watch but the galaxy buds has not delivered yet it has now been 5 months I have ordered . I have called multiple times in samsung customer care but nothing is happened SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME
