Galaxy Watch Redemption Issue

Dear Samsung,

I am a proud owner of S21 Plus bought on 14th March,2021..While buying this device we have been told that..We can redeem offer of Galaxy Active Watch @Rs.990/- w.e.f. 20th March 2021..

Today we are on 27th March,2021 Yet...we are unable to claim it...as its not live yet...

Please advise...

I am getting the attached error. Through I have purchased on 26th March 21 and currently they are saying redemption is live for users activated on or before 17th March 21. I checked with customer care and they told you are getting this because your redemption date is not live. Does it make sense?

Might be wrong imei...call samsung customer care

I spoke to them and they said it is due to offer not live for you

Its available now for the devices activated on or before 25th March.. redeemed mine just now 😍

Yes.. I did got this error but nothing to worry.. I activated my device on 21 March and redemption is open for device activated before 25th March.. what is ur activation date

Yes.. don't worry.. mostly in weeks time u will get the offer
