I have recently ordered Samsung M31 s phone from Smasung Online Store via Savex technologies private limited. I am facing problem with mike of phone.Listner is not able to hear my voice during video call,watsapp call or when I turn on my speaker during normal voice calls.

Dear Team,
I have been following up with Samsung for over month now for Order 11357606623 & Order 1133496352. There is no action from Samsung no response to my emails. Customer support, does raise ticket to be responded on Priority but there is no update. Tickets raised so far are - 1824734, 1821056, 3765392307, 1820506, 1819805, 1805692, 1791771, 1786324, 1774977 in addition to that I have written several emails on CEO Desk, I have done thousands of call on toll free no.

I am not sure reason of Samsung not able to respond to my simple queries.

Can anyone here suggest what is alternative way to approach Samsung to get some response and solution.
