I was a samsung fan and loyalist till recently where it seems samsung india has become arrogant (they shouldn't forget Nokia and blackberry's downfall) and they do not care about after sales service not even for their premium customers. I have been using their most premium FOLDING, FOLD AND FLIP DEVICES and the screens are very fragile and have inherent manfacturing defects which show up few months after usage, even more shocking is that they try to escape their liability by finding false and lame excuses despite escalating the issue to their so called CEO desk and they ask customers to pay for these very very expensive folding screen replacements which cost more than 50% of the device cost.
Also the promotions offered on their eshop website are not honoured and cashback offers are not recd. Despite multiple reminders all you can expect is cyclostyle reply stating they will check and revert but as usual there is no resolution. Pl do NOT BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE MISERY AND FROM WASTING YOUR MONEY.
