I have placed an order from www.samsung.com for s20+ with order no.11562947173. I have received a parcel today and while setting up the device i realised that i have received some other person's phone. Firstly I was promised 3000Rs. off with a coupon which i got but i got only 2500Rs. off. I also purchased insurance, now i don't know what to do. I have been using Samsung for the last 7 years. I didn't expect this carelessness from Samsung, I am not happy with this purchase. I was also planning to buy a Note 20 Ultra but now I am petrified to order anything from Samsung.
