Samsung Online Store

Order cancelled on 8th July 2022. Refund not completed yet. Approached all the Samsung standard channels but no progressive response. Nowadays Samsung is failing to provide good customer service. Samsung is not valuing its customers. The issue is deeper and it is humiliating as a consumer. Think twice before purchasing through Samsung shop.

Same here. It has been 10 days since I haven't received my refund amount. Pathetic service from Samsung. Apple is doing great.
