Delay in refund

I have cancelled my order on 5th of July 2022 of galaxy book2 and galaxy buds2. Partial refund for galaxy buds2 is refunded and the remaining refund for the laptop has not been refunded yet.
It's been almost a month, I have been calling customer care they are raising a ticket which asks me to wait 24 to 48 hrs for further update. No update has been recieved me since 15 days.
