What a poor show of customer satisfaction from Samsung.
I ordered Tab S7 on 6th of September and my expected delivery date was 15th Sep. It's already past 3 days and still my order isn't even packed yet. I wonder when it will be packed, then shipped and finally delivered. I have escalated this issue also but still there is no response from Samsung. Horrible ordering experience!! When will I get my tab Samsung team?
Yes, I had booked on 5th, still not packed.
Message to @Samsung :- please let us know clearly if this can be delivered or not, so that we can cancel our booking and look somewhere else.
Same with me 6th sept pre-ordered it and they just sent a mail which says a courier service interruption in your state. My state is Delhi guys, not Mirzapur village. They say it'll take 7 days to just to start the processing again. Its our mistake we should've read the experiences on quora for Samsung e-shop. People there have said they received after 2-3 months or never received as the product goes out of stock. Samsung just uses our money in rotation and use it as a capital for a long time before finally refunding.

Yes, i got it on the same day. But this keyboard cover promotion looks to be f@ke. Its already sold out since long time.
I stay in Mumbai.
BTW, today i got the option to purchase keyboard at Rs.5999/- (after 10,000 discount) & i have bought it.
I am from Bangalore and had booked tab 7 on 6th sep and havent received till now, raised a complaint. Got a response that it will take 7-10 days more for it to be packed itself. Thinking to cancel it. Pathetic service and
