Cannot answer to this problem without knowing about your TV...

If your TV has an app named like "Sky Mirror" or "Mirrorcast" or "Chromecast" or "Smart View", simply go to the app and turn on this feature...

For my TV (Softlogic Prizm Smart TV) all I have to do is Go to "Sky Share" app and turn on this feature & Turn on Smart View from my phone and wait til my phone find my TV and touch on its name... After about 10 seconds I have a successful connection through Smart View! 👍😎
