you all can try if your mobile has heart rate sensor .if shealth app doesn't work try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.srib.atl.instabp.bpcheck
this app which is provided by samsung official development team.it can mesure your heart rate along with blood pressure it can full fill your requirements .it uses your heart rate sensor.
and use any other popular fitness app .if you use use any fitness app suggest comment below for me.

The BP part is just a gimmick or some approximation. Only S9 has the hardware to measure blood pressure and that too only the difference from a base reading.
