To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1.Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.

2.Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Many s8 owners are facing d same issue with d screen burn...I mu self facing ..when I visited the service center they told to change d display....Its quite easy for u people to say like this changing 14k display....If d screen of your flagship device worth 64k is facing screen burn, them u will definitely losse customer faith.

so please provide solution to us...kindly forwatd this message to your higher authorities..
