question about repair

hey user's
Today i went to Samsung care to give my mob for services.
so i just wont to know what are the charges to just touch the phone . to just check whats the problem they have charge rs 480.
and the problem according to them is the battery and the chips are both damages so to repair it will cost 7530.
is this seariesly a cost.
i can add more amd get new one then l. the phone is j7 prime. 2016

my s7 edge stops fast charging ......
it's shows usb cable charging & it takes 6-7 hrs to charge fully.
I always use original Samsung fast charger.
I have also tried different cables but nothing works.
this is really frustrating......
