Hello sir, My mobile is m30. After the new update of Android 10 is not working properly. There is a lot of hang, so there are a lot of problems in using. Therefore, I hope that you will try to fix the problem of hanging in my mobile by giving new updates as soon as possible.

After latest phone software updation of my Samsung M 30 to android 10, the video is not getting cast on my android TV from Airtel Xtreme, Amazon Prime and Hotstar. However, it casts well from youtube. What is the solution?

Hi there,

 

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
> Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).

>Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
