And using samsung devices from last 5,6 years continuously and noticed that samsung is removing some old features from their software 

And those features are necessary to have in atleast your flagship devices

Please add a blood oxygen level software to your s21 ultra model because i had that feature in my note 8

It's a much-needed addition considering the current scenario.
I know It can't be added via update and needed physical hardware.

But People are running for the oximeter now and even paying double the price for getting one.

No i think we can have it under fingerprint sensor through update

It requires specific sensor, so can't be implemented via software updates..S10 series was the last one to have it
