Wifi and bluetooth not turning on

My A10 has this problem of not turning bluetooth and wifi on ,factory reset done after i tried all the recommended options. Please help 😔

What android version is it on? I presume you should be on Android 11?

Hi, phizo please reset network settings.

*Stored Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth passwords may be removed.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Reset network settings.
6. Tap Reset settings

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Hi, phizo kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup.
4. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link: https://www.samsung.com/za/support/smart-switch/ Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
