Tricking in step count in Samsung health

The topper of the September steps Global challenge is more than 4440k steps. That means he/she has travelled on feet more than 130km per day. I think it is not possible continuously for 30 days. The toppers with 7 digit step counts are certainly using some trick.

Why Samsung/Health do not want to comment on observation on Global Challenge?

Global Challenge October just one day; topper's step count 248k approx 248km. It is really getting absurd. Why Samsung/Samsung health is fooling us?
