Normally the phone is 120GB internal storage and 30GB is in use, from what none knows ???

So here is a quick solution look for an app called SD Maid 2 /SE for older phones for new phones you can download SD maid 1 of which both will expire in 14 days time after that you need SD Maid Pro of which I think its very low cost compared to the work done its super easy to use and all are in Samsung app or the play store.

I hope I was able to help clearing your storage today cheers 😎😎😎

FYI that 30GB is operating system related files needed to run the phone so you can only ignore it and use the 'available space'

You need to remember that we never really have access to the full storage space, for example a 16gb USB only around 14.8 is 'usable'. On a 1TB hard drive, around 980gb is accessible.

Samsung combined the around 20gb the operating system files with the 'unusable' storage space under system until recently when there was a whole user panic about it until they update the system to now say 17gb instead of the 30+
