Software update Samsung health fail to update

Good evening after recent Samsung update on my Galaxy S21 FE my Samsung health doesn't update, it just shows updating on the drop down.

Oh I see. Try clearing the health app cache. If that fails clear the health app data.

Hi, havoc87 kindly clear your Samsung Health cache.

Follow the steps below to do this:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select Samsung Health App.
5. Select Storage.
6. Select Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Tried that already no success, it's not picking up my steps from the Samsung health maybe Samsung health needs to do an update version according to the software update I did I'm not sure what's wrong

Hi, havoc87 kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Backup.

You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Herewith Smart switch link:

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
