I find communicating with Samsung and community very complex. No simple chat thread on a particular topic. Samsung redirect you to different pages or emails. Sometimes you can respond, sometimes you can add attachments, sometimes you can only rate, sometimes you can only comment. NO IDEA what is cutting here...!
