Is your phone runing on the offical Samsung software..if it is then:
1.Try clearing cache/data of the app..
2.Try resetting the app in settings.
If it's still not working then it might be running on custom rom and the phone might be rooted.. If its rooted then its a bit difficult to get the shealth app working..

Have you installed samsung firmware on your device from outside shop , like somehow your device software got corrupted in past , or other problem so you decided to get it re installed from shop outside . May be they installed wrong software (copy), pirated . to fix it try to factory reset it or otherwide take it to service center and get it re-installed 🤔
