Samsung health missing feature

i can't find   there stress option in Samsung health app because  i want to check my SpO2

level please help me to find that 

my device is Samsung m31

Joke of the millennium 🤣🤣 in m31 if hrt sensor , spo2 sensor is missing then how he can ? It's m31 not s9,s10 or note9🤣

You can add them by pressing the manage items option in samsung health app
