Samsung galaxy m30 camera was not responding even after factory reset

My Samsung Galaxy m30 mobile was not responding even after 3times of factory reset. What happened I am not understanding all people believing that Samsung Samsung mobiles were always  hanging

mean while I click on camera button then a black screen appears continuously. and I have done factory data reset 3times. then also the same . if we go to all apps select camera app then reset it . then camera will open after some time the problem will be same

I already went there they said need to replace motherboard.

without any problem for only camera struck. why we need to replace motherboard. same problem was facing my friends also.
